Designed in Bristol, U.K, by Lindo Guitars
The rebel's guitar - an abstract electro-acoustic guitar concept which is inspired by one of the most powerful symbols known to Man. Featuring original artwork created in-house at Lindo, the Skull is built to look, play and sound better than its rivals. The combination of cream binding and the black gloss finish offer the perfect contrast with the matched body and headstock design.
Tonewoods
The Skull has a spruce top, linden back and sides, a rosewood bridge and a catalpa neck which has a rosewood fretboard with 20 frets. As an acoustic guitar, it is important for the tone to be warm and resonant and the Lindo Skull does not disappoint. Even with a slimmer body, you'll still hear solid bass notes as well as crisp highs - strum a chord and you'll really notice the sustain.
Features and Benefits
A bone nut and compensated bone saddle ensures accurate intonation across the fretboard and the Venetian cutaway in the body gives access to the higher frets. The reliable, die-cast, matte silver machine heads provide stable string tuning via a 14:1 gear ratio. The on-board chromatic SV-T740 preamp on the upper shoulder of the guitar connects to a dual XLR and jack output on the underside. So whether you are playing live, recording at home or in a professional studio, the Skull will always let you capture that warm acoustic sound wherever you are. The preamp EQ system includes bass, middle, treble, and presence sliders and there is a master volume knob too. At the press of the power button, the backlit LCD tuner display comes to life and as well as displaying the string notes, the LED indicators and digital needle will tell you whether the note you are looking for is sharp or flat. The unit also has a low-battery indicator.
