Fender's EXP-1 Expression Pedal is a dual-mode digital volume and expression pedal for controlling the volume or amp/effect parameters of Fender Mustang III, IV, and V amps and the Fender Mustang Floor multi-effects processort. Switch between Volume and Expression modes by stepping all the way down on the toe end of the EXP-1. Red and green LEDs indicate the current mode.
In Volume mode, indicated by the green LED, EXP-1 controls the master volume or can be turned off. In Expression mode, indicated by the red LED, the EXP-1 controls most Mustang amplifier and effects parameters including the frequency parameters of a wah effect and the rate/time parameters of modulation and delay effects. Control volume, change amplifier models, tweak effect parameters without taking your hands from your guitar.
