The fantastic Floor Anchor by Stentor is specifically designed for Cellists and Double Bass players who perform whilst seated. When performing on stage or an equally smooth, hard surface where your instrument may slip, the Stentor Floor Anchor prevents your instrument slipping by securing your instruments' Endpin. The Hard wood block accomodates your Cello/Double Bass endpin in either one of the pre-drilled holes, depending on how far away from your body you feel most comfortable with your instrument. Attached to the Endpin Block is the extremely durable rope cord which provides two loops, designed to wrap round the two front legs of the chair or stool upon which you are seated whilst playing. This interesting design secures your instrument during practice and performance, and is a hugely popular accessory with Cellists and Bass players of all standards.
